Utility Billing

Your city utility bill includes water and sewer usage and garbage pick up. Visit our Citizens Page to find out who handles your trash, electric and gas utilities.

Monthly Bills
Water bills are sent out on the 1st of the month. Payment is due before the 16th of each month by 5 p.m. If the 16th of the month falls on the weekend, payment will be accepted through 5 p.m. the following business day.

All bills not paid by the due date will incur a late penalty of $10 for balances of $100 or less and a 10% penalty will be incurred on balances over $100. Customers have 10 days to pay their bills and late penalty after the due date of the 16th, before disconnection occurs.

There is a $30 administrative fee if payments are not received by 5 p.m. on the 26th of the month. There is a night drop located at City Hall for your convenience but payments must be in the drop box prior to 5 p.m.

If your water is disconnected for non-payment, you must be at home to have your water service restored. This is due to liability reasons.
