Jury service is an obligation of citizenship which is essential to the judicial process. It is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to ensure that justice is provided in our community. The judge of the Krum Municipal Court recognizes that jury service entails an imposition on the citizens called for that service. In order to minimize the burden caused by your jury service, report promptly at the date and time indicated and dress appropriately.
Please note: failure to appear for jury service may result in a $100 fine for contempt of court.
Because court cases are sometimes disposed of at the last minute, please call the Court at 940-482-3491 ext. 3 before your appearance time.
A minimum payment of $50 can be made to the Municipal Court once the plea has been entered with the Judge; however, you must still stay within the guidelines established by all Payment Plan Agreements. If you do not plead on all charges shown on the citation by the appearance date, you may expect an arrest warrant to be issued and warrant fees will be added to the amount due. Pay Online
